Throughout the year, we recruit casual event staff across a variety of roles, including:
- Ticketing and entry staff
- Box office assistants
- Event stewards
- Customer experience teams
- Production and event support roles
All roles are paid, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming working environment for people from all backgrounds.
We’re currently looking to fill the following positions.
Specific duties of the role will include, but may not be limited to:
- Mixing and serving drinks to high standards.
- Greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Operating the till and handling card payments accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized bar.
- Restock and rotate stock, and prepare garnishes
Requirements:
- A friendly and energetic person with great communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
- Keen and comfortable to regularly work on site during weekends, bank holidays, and late nights. We will have a lot of events, and this is a key part of the role!
- Basic numeracy skills
- Previous bar experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are more important
