Personal Assistant (PA) tickets, where required, are available to customers who have purchased a valid event ticket and meet one or more of the following criteria:
-

-
Receive Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
-
Are registered D/deaf or blind
-

-
Where none of the above applies, we may accept a supporting letter from a qualified medical professional. This should explain the customer’s additional needs and the support required.
PA tickets must be approved in advance by contacting accessibility@testbedleeds.com. Allocation is subject to availability and the safe capacity of the event.
TESTBED has a level entrance lobby and is fully accessible to wheelchair users. A passenger lift provides access between the ground floor and first-floor areas.
There are two accessible toilets within the venue.
An accessible viewing area is available along the front edge of the mezzanine, providing an elevated view of the main stage. Space is available for the customer and one companion. Capacity is limited, so requests should be submitted in advance and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All three of the venue’s public bars include a lowered section of counter for wheelchair users and customers who may find a standard-height bar difficult to use.
The main stage and ground floor backstage facilities are wheelchair accessible. Access to these areas will depend on the nature of the event and the customer’s accreditation or ticket type.
Accessible routes are provided to the venue’s designated smoking area and other customer facilities.
If you require assistance during your visit, please speak to any member of staff or the Event Management Team.
If you would like an orientation tour when you arrive, please include your expected arrival time in your access request email. A member of the team can show you the accessible routes, toilets, viewing area, bars, welfare facilities and emergency exits.
